Hey there, I’m Jet! I’m a 2-year-old red male Doberman with natural ears that stand straight up when I’m focused—think “flying nun” chic! I’m an average-sized guy at 70 lbs, and I’ve got a look that’s all about charm and character.

A Little About Me:

Personality:
I’m a sweet, affectionate boy who absolutely adores people and all the attention you can shower on me. I’m a bit of a bundle of nerves, so I need an active family who can help me burn off all this energy and set some firm boundaries. Without structure, I can get overly attached, show poor judgment, and become a bit too protective and possessive of my humans. Because of this, small children are a no-go for me, but teenagers are just fine. Not sure how I feel about cats or small animals, but as for male dogs, let’s just say we’re not a good match. I could get along with some female dogs with a slow introduction and clear boundaries, but ideally, I’d love to be your one and only furry friend.

My Story:
I was found as a stray and picked up by the shelter. My past is a mystery, but when no one came to claim me, Georgia Doberman Rescue swooped in to help me find my forever home.

Manners and Training:
I know how to sit, but beyond that, I’m a bit of a blank slate. I’m potty trained, I ride well in the car, and I’m good in my crate. I walk okay on a leash, though I could use some work. I’ve got a ton of energy, so a fenced-in yard is a must for me to get my zoomies out. Adopting me will take some effort, but trust me, I’ll reward you with endless smiles, love, and affection!

Health and Vetting:
I’m in great shape! I’m up-to-date on all my vaccines (rabies, Bordetella, and combo), negative for intestinal parasites and heartworms, neutered, and microchipped. I’m all set to be your loyal companion!
